Attorney Horgan was hired immediately out of law school in 2011 as a trial attorney for the Massachusetts public defender agency, the Committee for Public Counsel Services. There, Attorney Horgan quickly demonstrated himself as a dedicated, sharp and skillful trial practitioner and criminal defense attorney.
